Your cutting board is dishwasher safe. If surface wear develops, the board can be scrubbed using a blue Scotch Brite pad or Softscrub, or easily sanded with 220 grit sandpaper until surface wear is gone. To add extra shine, follow with 320 grit sandpaper or fine steel wool. You may also coat it with vegetable oil and buff dry with a soft cloth. The purpose of the vegetable oil is to brighten the color of your board.
